SHANGHAI HXRT MD Wraps Up 2026 Team Building Event
To boost teamwork and strengthen team unity, SHANGHAI HXRT MD held a lively team building event in Chongqing for its office staff in 2026.
Upon arrival in Chongqing, the team checked into accommodations in the core area of Guanyinqiao. In the evening, the whole team gathered for a themed hot pot party—a local culinary signature famous for its bold spicy flavors and rich simmering broth. Around the dining table, everyone chatted freely and shared pleasant anecdotes from work and daily life, with warm laughter and cheerful conversations filling the entire room. The harmonious, united atmosphere officially kicked off this wonderful team building journey.
The company arranged a free tour of Chongqing’s urban landscapes. Some visited Ciqikou Ancient Town to wander through old alleys and feel the charm of traditional Bayu culture; some took the Yangtze River Cableway to overlook the panoramic river view and experience the unique transportation of the mountain city; some strolled through Hongyadong to admire the spectacular stilt-house architecture and dreamy night view; Through these independent visits, everyone gained a deeper understanding of Chongqing’s history, culture and unique city charm, while also enhancing casual communication and interaction among colleagues.
The team embarked on a classic two-river cruise along the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers. Drifting along the glistening waters, all staff took in the stunning layered skyline of the mountain city, where neon lights and towering buildings cast shimmering reflections on the river surface. The crew also prepared local specialty snacks for everyone to savor while enjoying the scenery. At night, the group watched a traditional Sichuan opera performance featuring iconic face-changing. The exquisite skills and lively presentation of the artists won rounds of applause, wrapping up the day in joy and amazement.
With the three-day enriching event drawing to a close, the team set off on their return journey. This Chongqing team building activity not only helped SHANGHAI HXRT MD’s office staff relax and recharge from busy daily work, but also effectively boosted team collaboration and cohesion through diverse group interactions, deepening mutual understanding and trust among colleagues.
