Short Description:

The roller bottle is a commonly used tool in the field of cell culture. Its bottle body is mostly designed as a disposable seamless structure, and the surface is treated with TC to promote cell adhesion. Equipped with a graduated bottle body and a cap that combines sealing and breathability, it can accurately control the volume of the culture medium and maintain a suitable gas environment. When in use, it is placed on a roller bottle machine and rotated at a speed of 10-20 revolutions per hour. By adding only about 10% of the total volume of the culture medium, cells can be evenly attached to the bottle wall for growth. This culture method not only avoids concentration gradients in the culture medium but also is widely used in biological product fields such as recombinant protein production, monoclonal antibody preparation, and viral vaccine research and development, as well as laboratory studies such as stem cell culture, due to its simple operation and cost-effectiveness, providing a reliable solution for large-scale adherent cell culture.
