To promote teamwork and cohesion, SHANGHAI HXRT MD organized a vibrant team building event in Tianjin for its office staff in 2025.
Upon arrival in Tianjin, the team checked into a hotel with rich Italian-style charm. The unique architectural style and strong exotic atmosphere made everyone feel as if they had stepped into a romantic European town. In the evening, the group dined at the local iconic Goubuli Restaurant, savoring Tianjin’s traditional cuisine. The venue was filled with laughter and cheerful conversations as everyone gathered together in a warm and harmonious atmosphere, officially launching this wonderful team building journey.
The team visited the Haihe River and took a boat trip. During the voyage, office staff sang and danced, fully enjoying the pleasant time. The enthusiastic captain also cooked a delicious seafood meal, allowing everyone to appreciate the beautiful scenery of the Haihe River while tasting fresh seafood delicacies. At night, the group watched a cross-talk show by Deyun Society. The humorous language and brilliant performances made everyone burst into laughter, bringing the day to a joyful end with full happiness.
The company organized a free tour of Tianjin’s urban landscapes. Some went to the former residence of Zhang Xueliang to feel the weight of history; some strolled along Binhai Avenue to admire the modern city scenery; some wandered through the Wudadao area to appreciate various styles of western-style buildings; others immersed themselves in the cultural atmosphere of Minyuan Square or boarded the Tianjin Eye to overlook the city’s panoramic beauty. Through these independent visits, everyone gained a deeper understanding of Tianjin’s history, culture, and urban charm, while also enhancing communication and interaction among each other.
The team set off on their return journey. This team building event not only allowed SHANGHAI HXRT MD’s office staff to relax and rest from their busy work but, more importantly, greatly promoted cooperation and cohesion among team members through various team activities and interactive exchanges. Sharing these common experiences deepened mutual understanding and trust, laying a solid foundation for better teamwork in the future. Meanwhile, the event enabled everyone to appreciate Tianjin’s unique charm, enriching employees’ cultural lives and enhancing their sense of belonging and happiness.
